Founders and Management

Over thirty years ago, Karl Mandry and Gary Bradshaw met while they were each building a home in Sunriver. They shared ideas about home construction, quality in craftsmanship and even compared notes on how to budget their projects from start to finish. Most importantly, they shared similar values.

Little did Mandry and Bradshaw know that their relationship would someday lead to the development of one of Central Oregon's most successful custom home building and remodeling companies, Sun Forest Construction.
