Sun Forest Construction has a rich history in Brasada Ranch. Jeld-Wen was the original developer for the resort and asked Sun Forest to build the first 64 cabins on the property in 2006-2007. The development has changed hands a couple of times and Sun Forest worked with each developer to build a total of 25 more cabins. The most recent cabins were built in 2018 for the current developer, Northview Hotel Group.
